1Definitions and Interpretation

In these terms and conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the viva8.wine website, mobile application, and all services provided by viva8 in any form.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account with viva8 and uses the services offered.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a User on the viva8 Platform.
• "Real Money" refers to funds in RM/MYR or the equivalent in cryptocurrency deposited into a user's account for the purpose of wagering.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional credits, offers, or incentives given by viva8 to Users subject to certain conditions.
• "Wagering" refers to the activity of placing bets on any game or sporting event available on the viva8 Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before related winnings can be withdrawn.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the viva8 Platform, registering a new account, making a deposit, or using any services provided, the User is deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all terms and conditions contained in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific game rules.

If a User does not agree with any part of these terms, the User must immediately stop using the Platform and contact the support team for account closure if an account has already been registered.

3Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

viva8 services are restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years old at the time of registration. Registration by any individual under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. viva8 reserves the right to request valid identification documents — including an identification card (MyKad) or passport — at any time for age verification purposes.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the viva8 Platform. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, identification card, mobile phone number, email address, or payment method is prohibited. Violating this rule may result in all related accounts being suspended or terminated.

3.3 Registration Information

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes full name, identification card number (MyKad), mobile phone number, and email address. Any changes to personal information must be notified to the viva8 support team within a reasonable time.

4Account Management

Users are fully responsible for the security and confidentiality of their account username and password. viva8 will not be responsible for any losses arising from a User's failure to keep their login information secure.

Users are prohibited from sharing their account login information with any other party. Every transaction carried out using a User's login credentials will be considered a valid transaction by that User.

• Use a strong and unique password for your viva8 account.
• Log out of your account after using the Platform, especially on shared devices.
• Report any unauthorised access to the viva8 24/7 support team immediately.
• Ensure the registered email address is active and accessible for account verification purposes.

5Deposits and Payment Methods

viva8 accepts deposits through trusted local and international payment methods. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) or the equivalent in the relevant cryptocurrency.

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

The viva8 Platform supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow (instant transfer)
• Online banking via FPX (including major local banks)
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, and ETH

5.2 Minimum Deposit Limit

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM20 for all listed payment methods. There is no different minimum limit by payment method.

6Withdrawals

Users may only request withdrawals to an account or digital wallet registered in their own name. viva8 does not allow withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal Limit

The minimum amount for each withdrawal request is RM100. Requests below this amount will not be processed.

6.2 Processing Time

Withdrawals are usually processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is approved. This processing time is an estimate and may vary depending on external factors such as bank processing times or blockchain network conditions.

6.3 Identity Verification

viva8 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals of large amounts. This is a standard security measure to protect User funds.

7Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New Users are eligible to receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received.

For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM120. Your account balance becomes RM220. The wagering requirement is RM120 × 25 = RM3,000 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

7.2 VIP Programme

viva8 members are eligible to join the VIP programme, which offers weekly cashback based on betting activity. There are four VIP membership tiers:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Progression to a higher VIP tier depends on the User's level of activity and loyalty on the viva8 Platform.

7.3 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by viva8 are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made. Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the specified wagering requirements. viva8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

8Game Rules

viva8 offers a variety of games including online slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sports betting, and crash games such as Aviator. Each game category has specific rules set by its respective game provider.

Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets. viva8 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a User's failure to understand the game rules.

Game results generated by the system are final. Any technical fault or disruption that occurs during a game will be resolved in accordance with viva8's dispute resolution policy.

9Prohibitions and Restrictions

Use of the viva8 Platform is prohibited for individuals under the age of 21. In addition, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to place bets or exploit the system.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or money laundering.
• Using a VPN or any method to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographic restrictions.
• Spreading false or misleading information about viva8 to others.

10Account Suspension and Closure

viva8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is a breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or any situation that threatens system security. In the event of closure due to a User's violation, viva8 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 24/7 support team via live chat or email. Any unused real money balance will be refunded subject to successful identity verification.

11Limitation of Liability

viva8 provides the Platform "as is" and makes no specific or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose. viva8 is not liable for:

• Financial losses suffered by Users as a result of betting activity.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond viva8's control, such as network failures or power outages.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses under any circumstances.
• Actions by third parties that result in the loss or theft of a User's account information.

viva8's maximum total liability to any User under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that User in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

12Changes to Terms

viva8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via a notice on the Platform or by registered email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the updated terms take effect is considered the User's acceptance of the amended terms. Users who do not agree with the changes should stop using the Platform and contact our support team.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

viva8 operates under an international licence and complies with all applicable licensing requirements. These terms and conditions are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which viva8 holds its licence.
